- What we do: SneakerLab is a U.S.–based retailer of men’s sneakers. We do not manufacture footwear.
- Eligibility & hygiene items: Footwear must be returned unworn and in original condition per our Return Policy.
- Quality checks: Each pair is visually inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item or one that materially differs from the description, we will replace or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Stock status: Product pages indicate In Stock / Out of Stock. We do not accept pre-orders unless explicitly labeled.
