1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
SneakerLab specializes in men’s sneakers. All items are new retail products, visually inspected and packed in standard protective packaging prior to carrier hand-off. We do not ship pre-orders unless explicitly labeled on the product page.
2. SHIPPING LOCATION
We currently ship within the United States only, including street addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: $0 for all U.S. orders.
- Any optional upgrades (when available) are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
- Cut-off: Orders placed after 10:00 PM MT are processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: 2–3 business days for order processing, careful packing, and carrier hand-off.
- Transit Time: 6–8 business days from carrier pick-up to your address (contiguous U.S.; carrier/address dependent).
- Total Estimated Time: 8–11 business days from purchase (handling + transit).
Notes: No processing or shipping on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe or within 30 days of payment/authorization, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund (FTC Mail Order Rule).
5. SHIPPING PARTNERS
Domestic shipments typically travel via USPS and/or FedEx (this may vary by region). We only list carriers actually in use.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
- You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email after purchase.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
Please confirm your full shipping address (incl. apartment/unit). Address changes may be possible before the carrier picks up; email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Delays/returns caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses may require additional processing per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. APO/FPO/DPO & PO BOXES
- APO/FPO/DPO shipments are sent via USPS; delivery can take up to 20–45 business days due to military mail processing, and tracking may be limited once in military networks.
- PO Boxes are served via USPS where applicable.
9. DELIVERY ISSUES (LATE, LOST, OR MARKED DELIVERED)
If your package is late, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost:
- Check safe-drop areas and with neighbors/building staff.
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
- Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking.
Depending on the situation (e.g., carrier-confirmed loss, inventory availability, address issues), we will replace or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10. DAMAGED ITEMS ON ARRIVAL
If an item arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
11. HIGH-VALUE ORDERS & SIGNATURE
For some high-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery to reduce loss/theft risk. You’ll see this requirement at checkout or in your Shipping Confirmation.
12. UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may incur return-to-sender timelines from the carrier. We’ll notify you upon receipt and proceed per our Return & Refund Policy.
13. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier network issues, or local access restrictions can affect transit times. We’ll post updates when widespread delays are known.
14. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Some states/counties may not assess tax.
